My Daily MoMo lists are from the Top 5% of my Relative Strength (RS) database of 5,500 stocks that closed up at least 2% on at least 1.5x Average Daily Volume. My RS rank may not match others exactly due to the treatment of IPO's and that fact that I use a rank of 1 to 100...But the formula is pretty basic so the RS rank should be close...IIC
