I'd seriously consider it , but the wife has to stay near her roots. How often does it get above 90 degrees or below 20 degrees each year? What would the taxes be on that property?

I'd guess we get about 25 days above 90..... and 25 days below 20 each year. The taxes are very reasonable, but I can't remember exactly how much. I'll look it up.

There might be...but I went to the city that I would probably least like to live in in CA...Blythe...They have some but they look like shacks...I wouldn't think you could find anything worth living in in the 3/2 catagory for 200 grand in CA...Doug

Doug, you know what I think about one of those If you ever wanted to try shorting a stock, then I think this might be your opportunity. $45.40 was the highest ever close, and that price level is significant today. I have my doubts whether it will close above that... especially with the weakness today in the airline stocks.
