PS...Didn't happen EXACTLY this way but here is an excerpt from my weekend email that I sent to my subscribers (btw...it is FREE):

I don't know if or when this might happen...But the thought occurred
to me the other day that there could be a day where the market just
crashes...You may not be able to trade online...The phones at your
broker may give you a fast busy signal...And there may be nothing you
can do...I thought that it might not be so bad if you are holding
something like QID...But look what happened to SKF on the short
rules...I know these Ultras use swaps, derivatives etc...But I have
yet to run into anyone who can actually tell me how they
operate...Just food for Thought.
