I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Individual investors should consider speaking with a professional investment adviser before making any investment decisions.)

I know that Runner did not like what I had to say about his Foreclosure Investment Idea a few months ago...I hope my statements were not contributory to his quitting the Forum...But, I was telling it like it is...Take it or leave it...Believe me or not...That is anyone's perogative.
My recommendation to anyone who thinks they can buy low and sell high in Real Estate is...Wait another 12-18 months...And even then you may have to wait up to 7 yrs before your investment REALLY pays off.
Housing prices are not a bargain...yet...But they will be once the inventory overloads...like it did in '94-'95.
I'm no expert in every geographical area...But patience (and timing) will pay off once again IMO.
Now, if you just have to get in now...I recommend looking into apartment buildings...Those Foreclosed people have to go somewhere...IMO, that will keep rents fairly stable(in L.A. anyway)...and then they will go up later...Rent Controls are being eased now and the Landlord may once again be King or Queen out West anyway.
