Traded CTRN +.65...The QID and QLD are off...I'd attribute that to the big last min. moves yesterday w/o corresponding moves on the NDX and Q's

so, your assumption is the the profits from the recent rally will be used? Why are you so scared?

Trading scared is usually not good for the account balance. And since you are a good trader, I doubt you are really "scared" when you hit the trade button... However, about the first hour's move- to say that you don't even want to watch it seemed odd to me. Based on your post, it makes me think that you are holding long positions that are at risk of suffering a short term peak of prices while you hold the bag. The realistic trade would be to play the downside, and I'm sure that's exactly what you did.

Were you trying to be empathetic to some audience? I was just wondering about your statement... It just seemed that if you were very sure it was going to go one way, you would be excited about that first hour, and trade accordingly...

As I have mentioned...I have 2 intermediate holds which I am down on...ASIA and CCC...I like the prospects on both though.

I actually expected more downside this morn than we got...I made the statement to emphasize my point of how bad I thought it would be...But as far as trading...It makes no difference to me which way it goes.

Overall...I'd say most investors are Longs...Including me until I got into the Ultra etfs a year and a half ago

The day started out crummy...lost .18 and then lost .42 on the etf's.

Regrouped and decided to look at Daily and one hour charts...went into QID in the 49.20's...put a wide stop on and took off after a while.

Later I trimmed 1/2 +.73, then 1/4 +1.01 and the final 1/4 +1.39...good thing too...look at one minute charts the last 3 days on QID and QLD...look at the final minute each day.

Missed GU 2x today cause I was too slow

If LEH can downgrade SGP is SGP allowed to downgrade LEH? Just wondering.
