Bailed on the remainder of BAC...Made less than 10 cents a share each on FAS, FAZ, C for dt's...Got stopped out on QID and I am 100% cash and glad of it...YTD...Pretty good...Gotta get over holding anything over and it would be even better I presume...Best, Doug

Had to lower the criteria again this week to get 100

Using the original criteria from 2004 we would only have the IIC 11...a record low:

COCO, TNDM, MYL, LOPE, APEI, BEAT, DMND, IDCC, LNCE, CPLA, AMT

Any thoughts on holding BoA and C or selling em? Financial seem on a down curve the last couple of days.

Don't like C...But more of a personal thing.

Financials may go down a bit here...But weekly indicators tell me that there "May" be some nice upside potential over the next month or so.

These outfits have gotten "Welfare Money" from the Gov't...My take is that they will use it to their advantage...Buy toxic assets for 30% value w/ Gov't $$$ and sell them at 60%+...They gotta racket goin' on....if they can't make it work then we might as well close shop.

I don't like it...But not enough to not try to take advantage of it myself...Best, Doug
