RINO debuted on the IIC 100 last week at #46 and is #1 this week.

But onto to more important things...BAC pays $33 million to settle lawsuit re: Fake proxy statements on Merrill bonuses...Is that a joke?...I wanna see some guys locked up for it.

I know it's proprietary info. but how can RINO be #1 or #2 in the IIC 100 when it doesn't meet the criteria that at least 26 other stocks do in your new list? Keep up the good work. It's appreciated.

Silly me...now I know what you are asking.

Here is how it works...I have minimum criteria just to make the list. However, once I have 100 I use different criteria to rank them.

Had to lower the criteria just to get 100 again. Using the original 2004 parameters we would only have the IIC 26:

AMSWA, ARUN, ASGR, BIOS, BPI, CATM, CREE, CRM, CTCT, EJ, EQIX, GMCR, HEAT, HGRD, KMGB, KONG, LAD, LOPE, NTES, RAX, STEC, SWI, SXCI, TBUS, TRCR, VM

Yeah...As I recall I lost $$$ on it years ago...PEGA too...PEGA was the one that got me knocked out of being featured in the Smart Investor column in my IBD interview. HMIN...sheesh...That was one of my Pick 'o the Year tix a couple of years ago...Lost $$$ on STEC a few years back too...Heck, I can call 'em...But my timing is a little off sometimes...LOL

Sorry I have been mostly incognito lately. But stuff is stuff...I lost my job effective 10/31/09...I've been waiting for this to happen for over a year and a half...My contract has been month to month for 18 months.

Anyway, have some prospects...Not in a mad rush...But if anyone knows of anything please let me know (mid 6 figures preferred but will consider less)...Thinking about just day trading...Not sure...A whole lot different trading for a living and just trading money you never touch.

Not the end of the World...But that is why I have not been around much...Working on what I will do...Best, Doug

I use 1 min charts but I posted 5 min charts for each day as they are easier to read and they get the point across I believe.
