Welcome everyone !
A new year begins to show off your stock picking skills ! This year I've made a few small changes, these additions have been added to the Rules section, but I will highlight the main changes here:
Some things I will add as we go along, such as quarterly charts, full year running chart, etc etc. Just want to get a couple weeks of data before starting. All links are listed in my signature, including the Stock Picking form, POTW scoreboard, POTY Scoreboard, and a new Summary section that allows you to compare yourself to everyone else a little easier. As well as the Rules of course. I am up for rule changes up until 2/1/10 so please feel free to give input on or off the forum until then. After that, they will be locked.
Again, congratulations to our 2009 Portfolio of the Week winners IIC, Karel, and RL ! Stock picking begins this week, so let the games begin ! Good luck everyone !
p.s. I accidentally opened this under the wrong thread of Portfolio of the Year 2010
That I will update soon
A new year begins to show off your stock picking skills ! This year I've made a few small changes, these additions have been added to the Rules section, but I will highlight the main changes here:
- Have adopted the Gold, Silver, Bronze practice
- Winning can be through your ROI, most Gold medals, or most Medals
- Must have at least one gain, and one loss to attain the bonus win of the Math Expectancy or Kelly Value
- Have included a new Stock Picking form that reduced my workload, and enters your pick immediately
- You must be a Mr. Market member for your form entry to be valid
- Bonus: If Mr. Market allows, I will be giving a cash award for any one who can attain all 3 wins, ROI, most Gold Medals, and most Medals
