My take on the downgrade after reading J.P. Morgan's report is that it has nothing to do with facts or numbers. Morgan says they just think it has gone up too much and therefore will come down. I quote " All told, while not a call on second quarter trends specifically, we think this Tree is due for a trim...". They actually pay these analysts?

My crystal ball shows the number 50 next to DLTR and it doesn't cost anything to use.
