Now I'm no Obama fan. In fact I am more Libertarian than anything these days. But Sara Palin?? Wait..WHAT???

If I really have to choose one, I'll go with Palin. We've already know Obama's ability, may be we should give Palin a chance.

I am not qualified to vote, of course, but I presume that Obama is praying for a Palin nomination every day. Twice. At least.

You never know Palin might grow a pair of balls and you would end up with

another Margaret Thatcher. That would certainly put the cat amongst the

          pigeons.

Naw, we already know too much about Palin's inabilities.

Palin all the way out of the two. I feel if she gets the nomination we could end up with another 4 years of BuHroK She is tough. She broke up the "good ole boy" Republican party in AK (the libs loved her for this) , told the oil companies to take the train or pay up just not sure she can get the votes.

I really hope some great leader steps up... Romney, Gov Christie, Newt, Why not Scott Brown (if Nobama can be Pres after a very short time in the Senate) Santorum. I voted for Tancredo for Gov here in Colorado because he is tough on illegal immigration. I have head his name being thrown around for a 2012 run. I am really curious what Trump could do. I like the idea of business people since this country needs jobs and money.

An opinion from the Great White North:

A Palin candidacy would be a huge gift to the late night talk show hosts and every stand up comic in the US.

Also a big boost for the look a likes Tina Fey and porn star Lisa Ann.

Can’t you see the headlines? “Republicans bail put Porn Industry”

Who knows maybe that type of exposure(pun intended) could win an election.
It is hard to find the Truth when you start your search with a preconceived notion of what the Truth will be.

How does a candidate communicate winning political messages when over half the country things she is profoundly unqualified for the job? Here is the scenario where Palin becomes the next President of the United States:
                  1. All the early Republican primaries have a dozen or more major candidates.
                  2. Palin splits the vote with Romney, Gingrich and Huckabee AND wins all the early primaries, while never getting more than 25% of the vote.
                  3. Palin gets all of the winner-takes-all delegates for the early states.
                  4. Candidates continue to drop out, but Huckabee, Gingrich and Romney all have the money and support to stay in the race deep into the primary season.
                  5. Palin continues to win all the primaries, never winning more than 30%of the vote, thus amassing more delegates in winner-take-all states.
                  6. More candidates drop out and it’s down to Palin and two of the following three: Romney, Huckabee or Gingrich. Palin now gets 34% of the vote and has a huge lead in delegates.
                  7. Finally, all other candidates drop out except for one, plus Palin.
                  8. The GOP establishment is terrified of Palin wining and rallies around the one remaining candidate; Palin starts losing primaries. But by now, it’s too late; she only needs a couple of more delegates, which she easily gets, and goes on to win the nomination.
Fine, you say. But since all Democrats, most independents, and a large chuck of Republicans think Palin is a fool; she simply loses in a landslide to Obama in the fall, right?
Not so fast. Here is the scenario where Palin wins the General election even when a majority of citizens think she is immensely unqualified:
                  1. The Republican House cuts spending and fails to renew unemployment benefits.
                  2. The country goes into a double dip recession.
                  3. Unemployment climbs above 10% by Election Day and averages nearly 10% for all of Obama’s first term.
                  4. Obama’s approval ratings sink below 30% (as would be the case for any sitting President with unemployed that high for that long)
                  5. Democrats and independents who have unemployed family members and failed businesses are so disillusioned with Obama that they stay home on Election Day and don’t vote for anyone.
                  6. In the midst of record LOW voter turnout, Palin gets elected President by a majority of actual voters.

I hope she wins the Republican nomination, actually. That's our best bet at having a non Republican-Democrat winning the general election. She was the reason I voted for Nader in the last election. If enough people are both disillusioned with Obama, and frightened of the concept of Palin in office, we just may see an independent win in 2012.

Palin over Obama is a no brainer...plus she's smokin' hot. My top pick however, would be Bobby Jindal.

                        Palin Likeable !

Palin is likeable, but probably not electable . the Democratic machine is getting ready to skewer her again on all BS issues. A team of 27 lawyers was sent up to Alaska during the 2008 campaign by the Demoncats to find any dirt they could on Palin......Too bad they did not send just one lawyer to find Obama's real birth certificate , school grades , or health records. All sealed and hidden away.

A better choice woud be Chris Christy of NJ and Mark Rubio of Florida , a ticket that would be difficult to beat ........2 smart guys ......Christyas Chief prosecutor of NJ sent many Political bums to prison.....CHRISTY NEVER LOST A CASE .....all guilty as charged!

At this point, I would like anyone that has some "balls" and they don't have to be physically hanging either. I would like someone tough and someone that will not constantly apologize for America. I don't know about everyone here, but I am very proud of who we are and what we had to do to get here. I sure have a lot of respect for many of those before me who got us here too.

I am fine with Palin (she is hot), love Gov. Christie, Romney, Newt, and a couple others. Jindal is great, he turned down BuhRok's money

Choice C, none of the above

I've always voted Republican since my taxes seem to be lower when they're in office, but I don't know if I could vote for Palin. She just doesn't seem "Presidential" to me. Maybe it's because of the Tina Fey parodies, but if I was voting today I couldn't vote for Obama or Palin.

I like Pawlenty (our MN Governor), but no one outside of Minnesota has heard of him.

Nobdy had heard of Palin until 4 years ago. You need a fresh face that hasn't any ties to present or past governments.
