Corning Inc. (GLW) came out with 4th quarter results this past Tuesday. I searched for the 10k report on the SEC website but the most recent filing was the 3rd quarter 10Q. Where are all these journalists getting their information from? Do I have to listen to the actual conference call? Do 10k filings usually lag 4th quarter earning reports?
