Sorry if you got this twice (or even thrice). Remember once when I promised that this was the last email you'd ever get from me about our golf outing? Well I lied. My youngest son Jeff transferred to Princeton High School (from Lawrenceville) and he plays football from Princeton High School. He's plays Center. So while I am thrilled about not having to shell out the big bucks for private school, I do feel the responsibility once again to help the program raise money to replace their old tired, tattered mismatched game uniforms.
June 24, 2011. Save the date. We're having our 7th Annual Golf Outing in Princeton , NJ to benefit the Princeton High School Football Little Tigers. All funds to benefit the Princeton High School Football Booster Club which helps the school team fund the gap between its operating expense and allocated school budget.
Last year at this outing, I had the pleasure of meeting, and golfing with many new friends. In the last six years, this outing has been the primary fundraiser for the football team so that they could get the new equipment they need to keep the players safe.
Please plan on participating in some fashion. Golf is open to anyone until all of the available slots are full. We really need golfers to make this a great day. So...come on out and golf!
If you're not a golfer, you can really help us out with a cash or prize donation for our raffle, which is a big part of this fundraiser. No cash donation is too big or too small. Anything at all can be a great raffle prize.
If you're not in a position to participate , that's still perfectly ok. Can you help out by forwarding this note on to anyone (umm..or everyone) you know who might be interested in participating or giving? If you can help us find even one golfer, it will really take this event to the next level. I'm counting on all of my friends this year to take us over the top. Jeffrey and his teammates are trying their best to be competitive in the brutal West Jersey Football League. You can help make their dream come true.
Remember, it's for the kids. Do you think you can assist us in some way this year?
