Someone asked me in a PM how $$$Mr. Market$$$ and I became friends. I had to dig a bit, but I think this was the post that started it, way back in 2002, on the Motley Fool board for Mechanical Investing:
You will notice that the backtest was rather strict (selling after six weeks when the target had not been reached), because I was rather critical when I did the test. The rest is history.
