    Healing Thoughts for Karel

    All,

I received a note from Karel's wife that he is in the hospital and can't access a computer at this time. I am sure he'd appreciate any well wishes sent his way or on this thread.

You can reach him at [email protected]

    Thanks

    Ernie

            Karel,
Keep those hospital employees in line or we'll send the Huge One over to straighten them out. Take care.

Thank you so much everyone! Things are looking up here, but I will remain in hospital for a week or so yet. The doctors are cautious and I am not going to blame, let alone hurry them.

                    Regards,

Karel, happy things are looking up. But, please, you be cautious too. Remember, hospitals can be dangerous places to stay for long periods of time. We're all wondering what happened but we don't need to know. Just know we are all cheering you on. Best wishes friend and get well soon!

Whew...I was having nightmares of spambots circling me like vultures. Now I know they will flee now that Superman has returned. Be well, Karel.

                          Hi River,

Thank you for your best wishes! It is great to hear that so many people care!

I am a bit reluctant to post personal medical info on a public forum, but I am prepared to say that I got in hospital because I had a heartrate of 200+ (unprovoked) and got tired from the slightest exercise. That is under control now and I appear to fall in the lowest risk categories, but the condition will need some more treatment in the weeks/months to come. If all goes well, I will be back home again next Wednesday.

                          Regards,
