I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. DPZ is one of my current favorites. They had a monster quarter and has huge growth potential domestic and overseas. I am thinking of getting in.
Anyone else have an opinion?
I'll try to post a chart on it later. but I just took a look at it's daily, weekly, and monthly charts and I think it is due for some sort of consolidation soon. it has been on a tear from the beginning of 2009 when it was at a low of under $5 until this past week where it closed at $32+. the RSI scale is showing in in overbought area on the monthly for a pretty good amount of time. it would seem precarious to make an entry right now. there are a couple of "doji's" on the charts indicating some indecisiveness on which direction it wants to go from here. I would wait and be patient. there is definitely a correction of sorts coming.
the prognosis on AU turned out pretty good wouldn't you say. up several points from when you first mentioned it. I felt pretty comfortable with that chart an that it would move up from that point a few days ago. hope you bought some stock or made an option play. the option play would have been better than the stock play itself.
