Well before I go out for Black Friday .......here are some picks that should hold up in these crazy markets.
Stock Futures are down as I write .......so extreme caution is advised.

Here is a post from 11/19/11 . I have now filled in the 11/25/11 CLOSE prices .

5 picks from 11/18-11/25/11



Next week will be a short 4 day trading week because of the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. I have chosen 5 stocks , and I would like you to guess which of the 5 will rise the most during that period? I am using the CLOSE prices from 11/18/11. I would be interesting to hear your comments. A 1 Year chart comapring all 5 will follow.
11/18/11 CLOSE 11/25/11 CLOSE
1. ABD 8.80 ..................8.41

2. INHX 8.93 ?................11.15
3. SIMO 18.58 ?...............17.36
4. SPSC 22.69 ?................21.39
5. SUSS 24.91 ?................23.55

Note there was only ONE winner for the week , INHX which was up about 25% , but the other 4 had declines , for a TOTAL loss of about 1 %. Not good , but not bad for a devastating week. Better days are coming , but currently The DIA , SPY and QQQ are ALL performing poorly, and that does not bode well for the equity markets.

I've been wondering the same thing myself. I don't see a lot of value in picking stocks if you're not actually buying them. Just keepin' it real!

Yes perhaps Louetta in some black slacks , and a a nice jade top ......it would be more season appropriate , because it is is getting very chilly for that short top ........although one must admit she and the outfit are very easy on the eyes.

BIOF Still Has Potential

Louetta these penny stocks, as you know, can be quite volatile. I would not give up on BIOF just yet ........check out this chart. http://www.barchart.com/chart.php?sy...Date=&x=48&y=6
BIOF Could possibly break from here , but no one can say with absolute certainty.
One other stock I am looking into is DMAT ..check out the chart for DMAT

Does that guarantee that DMAT will explode up? .....No but then again , no one can say for sure what will happen.

A Bear Trap?

Could today's action be a possible bear trap?........ Well I am sure many shorts have closed their positions giving us this violent runup, BUT will it last? Your guess is as good as mine.
4 Stocks to keep your eye on are INHX, FTK, QCOR and PZZI, but I would not buy unless they pull back. Tomorrow will be a test to see if this market holds.

Funny how you bring that up. I bought some SQQQ At 21.70 and then sold it today at 22.25. I picked up a quick $400. Well maybe a quick $100 for Uncle Barry anyway.

Not bad , but if it were my portfolio, I would dump CIB, NTES, SRCL, and TQNT......then place the money on PRGO and SELL when 8% is achieved. Although it appears Mr Market holds for 15% , and has a great track record, but in these turbulent times maybe better to take a small win and exit?
