Nice find, P7! Phase 3 study shows same reduction in time to clear the flu as Tamiflu, with significantly fewer side effects (or adverse events, it says in the report). Sounds like a winning stock, if they can sell this on the Pharmacy shelf right next to the Tamiflu. So... how do you value a Japanese Pharma company, then?

I received a FLU Shot once and became sick from it, and so I haver never taken another one. Unfortunately the current FLU shot is only about 20% effective, but fortunately there is currently a pill being tested that can knock out the flu ........in "ONE" Day!
I'll have the name of the company and stock symbol later in the day......this one could be good!

FOLKS A word of caution. The DOW is up an unbelievable 399 Points today ...........Remember how Bit Coin was ripping it up every day and then BOOM down it went!

Well the 4 day week has passed and the gains and losses for each stock is listed below. Overall the Portfolio of the 4 stocks above lost 2.62% or of the $40,000 invested the portfolio is now $38,951 ........not what I had hopped for , but it is what it is. Friday's 2/23/18 close price is to the right of each stock , and the win or loss is to the right of that! Friday's closing price is listed to the right of each stock.

1. CBAY $14.69 LOSS OF 1.94%

2. IO $27.50 LOSS OF 9.24% This was largest loss!

3. NKTR $89.60 GAIN of 7.40%

4. POTN $0.54 LOSS of 6.72%

For next week , I shall take the current portfolio vale $38.951, and subtract the stock value of NKTR $10,752 and the remainder $28,199 will be invested equally into 3 other stocks. IO , POTN and CBAY were sold at Friday's close prices.

Sunday I will name the other 3 stocks to be included within the portfolio!

Well the approximately $28, 199 was invested"approximately equally" ........ simply because my Market Trend Signal does not buy fractional shares......... into the 3 stocks below .........hopefully we shall see better returns in the coming week!The Market Trend Signal score is to the right of each stock!

Phoenix, Thanks for the interesting report. I made money on silver wheaton and find the cannibus wheaton idea fascinating. I might invest a little in it , but would wait awhile on the marijuana real estate until a dominant company emerges. Stock Gumshoe has saved me from making some poor investments over the years.

Many stocks and just about all of the Marijuana stocks were sacked last week. Hopefully when many of the marijuana stocks had gained 100% , you had sold HALF of your position. There were many opportunities to do so, and I hope you exercised them.
After Friday's over 600 Point loss on the Dow , hopefully Monday will be an upward bounce day, but No One can predict that. The following stocks should be watched and perhaps bought after the markets settle down. More information will be added to the picks below at random intervals.
