Always the devils advocate; Here are some bad things that happened with this trade.

    1. You had a profit for a while
    2. You could have got out with a small loss
    3. You turned a trade into an investment
    4. You could have invested in your favorite dividend stock and made 10% in 3hrs with the capital you have tied up.
    5. You are still holding it.

Making a decision to hold a stock is the same as make a decision to buy it.
It is hard to find the Truth when you start your search with a preconceived notion of what the Truth will be.

FB can't be stopped! Only problem is I sold IPO shares at a loss. Daughter didn't but only has 2 shares. Son bought back in at 39.92.

Finally completely out of FB at 174. Have gains of 128% to 141%. Lost initially when sold at 28 after buying at 38. Daughter has a nearly 320% gain , but unfortunately only could afford 2 shares. Son must have sold before 2015, can't find records before that. Should have held at IPO price. Hindsight always 20/20.

I sense increasing trouble for Facebook. Bare bums seem to have become acceptable content on Instagram. See, e.g., the user-id ercanowich. Also boobs thinly obscured by lacey tops or a few blades of grass. When Congress sees this methinks they'll beat Zuckerberg into the ground like a tent peg.

What result did you get when you searched? What did it say? For example did it say "We couldn't find anything for ercanowich"?

You appear to be on the social networking PRODUCT called Facebook. Probably there is a small letter f in a box next to the search box. I'm talking about Instagram, another such product owned by Facebook, which displays the word instagram in script off to the left of the search box and which returns No results found when a search fails.

Instagram, again owned by FB, has replaced the traditional Facebook product for many users and its stories feature has largely replaced SNAP. All of this is important because SNAP (the stock) has been getting clobbered, though it has recovered in 2019 somewhat, and FB (the stock) has been hanging in despite various controversies. Much of the credit for FBs recent success probably goes to the stories feature of Instagram. 1/3 or more of the people I subscribe to on Instagram sell something or direct you to places you can go to to buy stuff. Their "stories" show them using/wearing that kind of stuff, fashion, nutritional stuff, running shoes, pet food, etc. FB is indeed a business.
