I think coconuts are going to be the next big thing. Does anyone know of publicly traded companies that either produce, refine or distribute coconuts?

Funny you should mention coconuts. An old timer at my recreation center swears by coconut oil. He uses it in everything and no longer has to take cholesterol controlling medicine. He's also lost 25 pounds.
