Citron is well known in short selling circles, which is why I decided to pay some attention to this report. I'll do some further digging around and post here if anyone is interested.

Hope we make some money! cheers!

I've seen this before. If the company keeps making money, the stock gets too cheap to ignore....remember the mantra:

TJX has been losing a long held, steady lead as it feels the heat of QCOR coming up around the outside. Will the sound of clipity clop give TJX the rush it needs or has QCOR just unleashed overwhelming power... it's going to be nose to nose.... And Mr. Meat & Cheese will be rolling in hay either way.

Questcor plummets after Aetna rejects Acthar for most conditions
Questcor's (QCOR) stock is plunging after health insurance giant Aetna (AET) decided that the company's Acthar gel is either unnecessary or experimental in most cases, according to a posting on Aetna’s website as highlighted earlier today by short-selling blog Citron Research. Aetna found that Acthar isn't necessary for diagnostic testing of adrenocortical function or for corticosteroid-responsive conditions, and therefore will cease being reimbursed for those two indications. The insurer determined that Acthar is medically necessary as a test for infantile spasms, but is "experimental and investigational" for all other conditions. In mid-morning trading, Questcor tumbled $24.25, or 48%, to $26.27. The stock began declining precipitously after Citron Research highlighted Aetna’s findings in a new report on its website.
