Half a mile a day. Excellent by any standards.

Another new record for 2013, raspberries grown. Black--27.68 quarts, Red--30.40 quarts, Red Everbearing--32.77 quarts total 90.85 quarts and I ate almost all of them contributing to record low cholesterol since my records have been kept (176) except for when I had thyroiditis and it dropped to 137 and I felt terrible.

    Louetta,

They have a televised Rev3 triathlon near here in June. Some locals were trying to put a team together but they had a rare problem, too many swimmers. My son does well in swimming but hadn't been training hard enough to do the marathon or cycling legs. My cousin's son is a state champion swimmer and swims for Ohio State University but never did the longer distance running or cycling so they never got a team together. They tape delay the race usually on ESPN later in the year. We wandered around the world class athlete's corral. It was fenced in with large poster sized photos of the top 16 men and top 16 women. My son participated in the Cleveland sprint triathlon . I think he was 6th person out of the water but fell behind on the other legs.

Excellent stuff. Ever tried any open water stuff? Doing the first leg of a triathlon on a team with a biker and a runner can be a fun thing?

    Billy,

Are you swimming in open water or swimming pool? How do you keep track of the distance you swim?
