Stock Screeners

Long ago, I was using a stock screener provided by MarketGuide. I liked it because:
1. Through MarketGuide, I could d/l the days wallstreets closing prices(among other info)
2. I could use this file offline.

MarketGuide went to a Web Based version instead. I have not been able to be active in a while, but now I can get back in the game.

I have a w/e job that is often not very busy, and I could use something constructive to do during the slow periods. I would like to get back in the wallstreet game and would use the w/e job to do my studies and analysis.

What are some decent stock screeners that others around here use?

A screening source that will remain unnamed has a screen that has the following returns: 1yr.-25%, 3 yr.-102%, 5 yr.-79%. It contains 15 stocks that are reevaluated every 4 weeks. The current 15 stocks are:

BHE, CSC, FIS, HIMX, IEC, ITRI, MAYS, NDAQ, ODC, PZE, SSP, TEX, TLP, TMO, TSO
