Sycophants Take Cash [STC] looks good to me.

Near 52 wk high

Panic over possible interest rate increases is overblown - just like most reactions in the stock market. People will still buy houses at 6 and 7% interest rates. The rising rates may even spur a spate of "get in now before it goes higher" refi and buying. [Anyone remember when rates were in the low teens and you thought someone in under 10% HAD A DEAL?]

Title Insurance - what a wonderful business - all they insure is that the research they did on the title is the reasearch they did on the title. Ever read the fine print? They take no responsibility for items they do not find, but they always take your money. Talk about a low-risk business! And you can't refi or buy a home without paying these guys! Companies like STC always have their hands out in mortgage transactions and always get paid CASH - no receivables risk.

Oh well, if you can't beat them, join them by sharing in their profits.

You felt it was time to cut your FRO - nothing wrong with that.

Financially, I like everything about FRO except the negative growth estimates. Tell me why these estimates are wrong and I might name it and jump on the FRO bandwagon.

Pink sheet stocks in MM's data dumps?

I hadn't noticed before that your data dump can include stocks on the OTC BB and Pink Sheets. I would run from those like the plague! I'm surprised that a serious stock picker would be delving into that water.

I've never bought one as an "official" $$$MR. MARKET$$$ pick but many of these actually have earnings and revenue growth similar to the big boys. I have dabbled in some.

Regarding your data dump...

I have as recent winners (already a 15% gain since I found a predictive set of technical indicators) these stocks shown on today's data dump: AMXC, LCAV, NAFC, GMR, PMTI, EVG, AMSWA.

I am already tracking these stocks for an anticipated 15% gain that are also on your list: ATYT, ASPT, BLK, SORC, PTEK, NCEN, CERG, ET, KCS.

Several others (CTSH, EPIC, PSYS, STJ, WFII, HAR, QSII, MALL) on your list are making new highs but they have low (<50K) avg daily volume or other technical features that make them less attractive under my particular criteria for a near-term trade.

There are lots of old friends on this list. amhc avd ccbi grmn jbss mbt vnbc wrld to name a few. This brings up an interesting question. Has MM ever bought back into the same stock that was sold recently?

JBSS has been on the radar for what seems like a year. I still like it despite the recent profit-taking. GORX is an interesting under $10 issue.
