Louetta, I've been toying with buying NMM for the 9.8% div, in my IRA also TNP. This could work out well or be disastrous short term.

Yup. I'm afraid right now there might be further serious downside to the shippers. I only put in DRYS right now because the contest rules require it in the next few days. Originally I bought the shippers I have because I figured if they approach the highs seen over the past five years there is lots of upside. That's not really true of NMM but the dividend is great. It does apply to TNP but I know little about it.
