Fist of all express my most sincere gratitude for all the great job you are doing!! It isn't just about stock picking but also about all the things we learn with you and most of senior members. You have created a huge community qualitatively speaking!
Getting to the point I already own JAZZ and TRN. Great picks and probably TRN is right now my favorite! If I would have to pick a different one I would say ANIK. I owned this one and sold a couple of weeks ago when MONOVISC was approved by the FDA but I think it still has a huge potential!

Always likin' your bro! Anik made a LOT of gains when it made the top 5. For me, it was the "whopper that got away." Who knew they were about to announce a new drug for knee arthritis... as an owner, maybe they'd fix my knee for free. But, got away. And I have to hear about it from another brother of the same mother.

Anik- more to give after pull back?
Jazz - Keeps on playing the top 5; I made 15 on it recently but again I wonder if the music is winding down
Others- TRN, but I'm at or past the edge of my knowledge so I'll listen to the "advanced" members... and, of course, his Hugeness. Thx for the $dough, bro.

That's funny as I am in the same situation as MOn3y owning both TRN and JAZZ. One question for you, Ernie, as well as others---does the percent of short shares make a difference to you (let's say 10% or more) in deciding to buy a stock? TRN for instance has over 11% short shares and their two public competitors namely ARII and GBX also have over 10% particularly ARII. The story for the railcars is noteworthy (which is why I bought TRN as it is "best of the breed") and if you do a search on seekingalpha someone has a good piece extolling the virtues of TRN. Just was wondering what you thought because sometimes in the past I have been burned by great companies that got shorted and went down for no apparent reason other than shorts being in play. JAZZ is my pick because I own some and the analysts have a PT of 193. Should be an easy 15% from here.

My guess is JAZZ or TRN.

His portfolio has some pharma already, so for diversification sake I would guess TRN.

However, JAZZ appeared twice on top 5's. It's currently down, but maybe a good buying opportunity. Is it the one that got away?

UIHC - pick it up quick, or on the next drawback. This will be a quick 15% with room to grow. Insiders just picked up addition stock as well.

Shorts will prey on your fear. Cows run from fear but walk to their food. Humans behave the same way.

UIHC made the it to the finals last go around. It just might squeak into the top spot. Why? Cause I hold a lot of it and I'm waiting for the pope's final blessings. Not smart enough to really tell you why. :^(

UIHC today recommended by Zacks because of insider buying. I missed the email because I was literally out to lunch. It's now 2:25. See the volume? That's the recommendation bounce. Not going to chase it here. Will see what happens tomorrow.

I'll go out on a limb and say Mr.Market picks TRN. It seems that he'd pick JAZZ but the chart says watch out.
