I am satisfied that the problems this past qtr are not really problems (at least if management is being honest), but I am having trouble wrapping my head around valuation. It is not as though the price has corrected to a point where there is obvious value - trades at ~30X EBITDA. Growth is very good but nearly all acquisition driven.
