Good Analysts/ Bad Analysts

There have to be some good analysts, not paid by the analyzee for a good report, right? I recently came across a rating of analysts that seems to be legit. Some of the big names are terrible and some of the unknowns are great. Unfortunately I didn't write down the lousy ones but I remember many of the biggies were on the list. Their accuracy ratings were 20% or less, you would do much better with a dart board. Here are those with a 80% or better accuracy. Most I've never heard of :

Brean Capital, Buckingham Res., Buss Financial, CK Cooper, FIG Partners, First Analysis, Longbow Res., Natl. Bank AG, Noble Financial, Stephens, Taglich Bros.
