Thoughts on Insider Buying/Selling?

First, I wanted to thank all in this forum for your insights -- especially $$Mr. Market$$. I've learned a lot lurking around here the past few months. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all.

I wanted to get everyone's take on insider buying/selling and what sort of impact that has on you and your view of stock performance?

I understand company officials have strike prices etc, but wanted to see how you all interpret this activity.

Insider Buying - Positive for the stock. Take it as a positive in your evaluation process.

Insider Selling - Means nothing. Insiders sell for so many reasons that have nothing to do with health of the company or stock.

In the end it is more important to focus on the health of the company and companies stock performance than what insiders are doing.
