I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. What do "Only the Lonely" , Heart singing "Alone", and "All Alone Am I" by Timi Yuro have in common? Well they are all great songs with "LONE" in their name. "LONE" is a homophone for "LOAN." This is the kind of stock that MrMarket can write HUGE paragraphs of stories about. It has a HUGE dividend (over 7%), thin supply (3.3 million share float), a P/E of just over 14, and two very LONELY full time employees. Assef Ran owns 2.5 million of the 6 million shares outstanding and Jackson Michael, sounding much like a distant relative of Michael Jackson, is a Director of the company and owns 14,000 shares.
This company is a bit tiny for the Huge Person, but its stock symbol sits begging for a MrMarket storyline.
I would buy ALGT if it included a VIP Travel Package to see the Grateful Dead in Chicago this July (but it is another company handling that event).
While LOAN pays that dividend I am seeing more loan products and expanded underwriting guidelines updated regularly, which makes hard money loans, while always needed, possibly less in demand when these expanded loan products are becoming more available.
All unfamiliar prior to this morning my initial feeling is EW; as it is a large well established US Company in a growing market of US baby boomers needing their products as well as well established in Europe and Japan, with growth opportunities in other countries like China. It also is currently trading at a lower P/E than its competitors while proving stronger quarterly earnings growth and ROE.
EW-----Just right, great earnings projected. A medical company will fit well into Mr.Market's portfolio. They make heart valves. Mr.Market has a Huge Heart, but it's not enlarged, go figure !
