    Millstones

Well, make that Milestones. Tonight Boston has a chance to set an all-time single-season record for snowfall. We need 4+ inches to surpass the old record of 105+. 2-4 is predicted.

Separately, the Nasdaq has a chance to surpass the 5000 mark. Something that last happened when I was 14.

Well, as of this AM we still needed 1.9 inches of snow in Boston to set an all-time record for a season. We've got at least 2 inches where I am but that doesn't mean they got 2 in the city. Trying to get local news but at 6PM there was basketball on two of the local stations, golf on another and auto racing on the fourth. Autoracing?

Hopefully 5056 will last longer than the snow.

Mar 2000 was also the last time MSFT traded above 50. It hit 48 today, nearly its decade-high (tho it did make it to 49 last year). Methinks that if we aren't in a tech-bubble now, we will be soon.

I am pleased to find another person who says methinks.
