Quotation of the Day “This is an issue of deception. They are cheating Chinese consumers.” — Zhang Sitong, whose Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphone caught fire. Samsung had initially said the Chinese version of the phone had a different battery and was safe. It is now paying the price in a country where the treatment of Chinese consumers by foreign firms is a contentious issue.

And I thought this thread was about quotes, not about spin. But perhaps I am wrong:
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

So you are not a US Citizen - hhhhhhhaaaaaarruuuuppppppppppphhhhhhhhh - I said she was asleep at the wheel - a English idiom.
U.S. Ambassador to Libya J. Christopher Stevens and U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith sent hundreds of emails to Clinton warning of impending danger. She was "sleep at the wheel" and ignored them.
From Wiki
The desire of the State Department to maintain a low profile in Benghazi has been cited as the reason why the State Department circumvented their own Overseas Security Policy Board (OSPB) standards for diplomatic security. In the aftermath, Clinton sought to take responsibility for the security lapses at Benghazi and expressed personal regret.

In her January 2013 testimony before Congress, Secretary Clinton claimed security decisions at the Benghazi compound had been made by others, stating, "The specific security requests pertaining to Benghazi ... were handled by the security professionals in the [State] Department. I didn't see those requests, I didn't approve them, I didn't deny them."My Investopedia portfolio

The whole deal was a sham - she is guilty as hell and admitted it - she said "... were handled by the security professionals in the [State] Department. I didn't see those requests, I didn't approve them, I didn't deny them." Those people reported to her - she did not know what she was doing.Tim - Retired Problem Solver
