LCI is indeed on sale but my concern is I am seeing alot of great stocks on sale the last few seasons. LCI, EW, CNC, AVGO... all are big names with sound fundamentals dropping 5 - 10% over the last couple of sessions.

$LCI the drop seems related to the biotech selloff


(trained with IBD can slim) and seems having a huge year (bio and related biotech), many institutions taking profits. I got out of EW yesterday with mild profits, and it tanked today as well on STELLAR earnings??? Many have accumulation/distribution heading down for a while now, meaning institutions selling.

I don't have the income to weather basing/consolidations so get out when chart says so!

I wouldn't sell this here tho it IS disappointing. They reported EPS of $3.13 for nine months and revenue guidance for the full year up just a tad. So say $4.15 EPS for the full year. At an after hours price of $56 that's a PE of under 14 which is a solid underpinning in my opinion. This is not out there like some of the momentum stocks. There is more downside to this market, methinks, but not much in LCI, (again, methinks).

The underpinning support looks around 52 to me - if the underpinning was traditionally girdled. I see LCI walking its way a bit lower so I will be patient.

Go back 3 months and you'll see 50, 6 months, 40. Resistance or support, who knows ?
