Alright...I just bought some March 45 calls at 3.65. Supposedly a special meeting and presentation to be held on Monday to discuss integration.

Bought a little at 29.45. They are estimating full year revenue at $585-595 mil with a contribution from the Kremers merger vs. $407 last year w/o Kremer. Looks OK to me. Some of the other metrics are a smidge convoluted by the effects of the merger.

this is getting CRUSHED. anybody still holding on? anybody adding?

they came out with a statement today saying they'll need to update 2016 guidance to the downside based on market softness... but the fundamentals seem way too strong for this to be trading at this price.

If you have the time and patience for this one it is an amazing long term buy. These price levels are ridiculous.

I wonder if some of this selling is in sympathy with VRX. If you lay one chart over the other for the last six months they are eeriely similar.
