    Current Losers

Just for fun why not share out biggest losers currently in our portfolios? Perhaps air a little dirty laundry and maybe some bottom surfing. I currently hold 3 big losses which are dogging my protfolio.

    BABA - down 33%
    SAVE - down 36%
    HRTG - down 27%

And yes I do normally cut losses at about 7 - 10% but I really liked these stocks or they fell faster than I could handle. Eitherway... I'm now holding on long term and tying up the cash.

Well it's not currently in my portfolio because it expired, but I lost every cent on my Cigna options even tho the deal went thru.

        Okay, but I'm starting a current winners thread too: ORC-22.10%, BABA-24.26%, MNKD-25.43% ....

oh you want losers? I've got losers! Here are three of mine I've got that have dropped more than 80% since I first bought:
          AFLYY -86%
          APOL -86%
          KBH -82%
Although, I'm not actually down 86% on all of my AFLYY stock since I doubled down at $11 on it. Also, KBH has been paying a $0.025/qtr dividend, worth a 1% yield now, but it used to be 10x that 8 years ago (and I got it at $82 in 2005).

Those aren't the worst of my losers, though. I've still got one stock that beats 'em all- CBK, down 93% since I got it at $25 in 2003.

Louetta, If you think the deal's going through why not buy CI shares then later get the cash plus partial ANTM shares? .5152X142.29 =73.307 + 103.40 cash = 176.71. It might take another year, but should be well worth the wait.

I misspoke. I should have said the offer was made. I have no idea what will happen. I have no idea what has already happened. I mean no way to explain it.
