            ah well that does explain it... I guess you win some and you lose some, then. At least the losses are a temporary Q1 thing, just as long as there aren't any more big storms!

              Methinks the share repurchase of $60 m (thru 2017, I guess) is about 15% of the market cap which is decent, plus increasing the dividend, makes this a hold. Tried to buy a little more at $12.03 this morning but missed.

                $11 in BV, almost $7 in cash... plus, the P/E of this stock is about 4, and they'll make about $6/shr over the next two years. Yeah, they came out a quarter short this time, but they should have no problem making it up. $12 or $13 is a steal for HRTG, imo.
