NTES Sold ==> another stock pick winner. Amazing.

Just when you think you have all the answers, I change the questions. When you’re $$$MR. MARKET$$$, it’s not about if you’ll make money with your stocks picks, it’s more about when. All I do is press a button on my computer, and I spit out another winner.

Today I sold NTES at 174.56. That’s a 17% gain over my purchase price of 149.29. That’s a 17% gain in less than 5 months. That’s an annualized gain of 35%. Over the same period, the S&P 500 lost 3%.
Did you buy NTES? You? YOU? YOU???!! That makes 65 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How does $$$MR. MARKET$$$ pick stock market winners when the overall market goes down? He is HUGE….that’s how!

Bring me your finest meats and cheeses because I am the greatest stock picker on the planet. I am HUGE!

How HUGE is $$$MR. MARKET$$$? He is so huge that:

    · When Alexander Bell invented the telephone he had 3 missed calls from $$$MR. MARKET$$$.
    · Chuck Norris and $$$MR. MARKET$$$ once fought each other on a bet. The loser had to start wearing his underwear on the outside of his pants.
    · $$$MR. MARKET$$$ has a bear skin rug in his front room ...it’s not dead it just doesn't dare move
    · $$$MR. MARKET$$$ counted to infinity - twice.
    · When the Boogeyman goes to sleep every night, he checks his closet for $$$MR. MARKET$$$.
    · When $$$MR. MARKET$$$ drops a deuce in his bathroom, he doesn't flush the toilet, he scares the crap out of it.

Well I keep selling my winners but I haven’t bought any new stocks in a while because you aren’t telling me that you like my picks. So why should I share picks if you don’t tell me that you like them. Maybe I’ll just take my website down and keep all my picks for myself. Maybe I won’t, if you tell me you like my website and you tell your friends about $$$MR. MARKET$$$. So how about showing $$$MR. MARKET$$$ some love, and I’ll make another stock pick.

    I am HUGE!!!

Default NTES ==> The Surf Drive Winner

Full disclosure….I bought this stock back in 2011 and made money on it. I like it so much now, I bought it again. I liked the write up back then too. So I am using some of it today, since it still makes sense.
When I get home from a relatively easy day of running my own successful business , the first thing I usually see is my youngest son, Fuffrey, playing a video game. Now Fuffrey is not little. He’s almost 21 years old and can bench press 325 lbs. Having said that, he still plays video games all the time. Now I’ve tried to sit down and understand this game but usually it’s a lot of chatter and noise and then a bad soldier with a gun shoots someone and you get something that looks like blood all over the TV screen. Don’t get me wrong. I’m all for good clean fun. However Fuffrey likes to play this game a lot. I mean he forgets to eat, sleep, and talk to other humans. So it got me to thinking – someone is making money off of my brainwashed and addicted offspring. And if that is indeed the case, well then it might as well be $$$MR. MARKET$$$ making money on their stock.

    Today I bought Netease.com (NTES) at 149.29. I will sell it in 4 – 6 weeks at 171.87. Here’s why I like NTES.

You have to like this chart. The stock is up over 97% over the last 12 months. Its stock price is going up because the company is doing well and lots of people like it. Now I like it too.
I’m going back to China again (with my investments, not my feet – I can’t sit in a plane that long). This country is going to grow their middle class by more than 500 million people in the next several years. That’s 500 million people with families that have Fuffreys wanting to play video games day and night. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in China expanded 7 percent in the first quarter of 2015 over the same quarter of the previous year. GDP Annual Growth Rate in China averaged 9.06 percent from 1989 until 2015. That means all of these people will have money to buy video games for Chinese Fuffreys.

There are many high growth investment opportunities in the Chinese tech sector but Netease.com is one of the best investments in the Chinese technology sector because it is still trading at low fundamental valuation measures. I do like growth for obvious reasons but I also like value. Did I tell you I used to sit on the floor at Spags? Netease’s earnings growth rate is at 12.5% and it is going to grow like this for the next few years. I’m getting this growth at a GREAT price. NTES has a P/E of only 24.75 (the industry average P/E is around 40!).

NetEase, Inc., through its subsidiaries, operates an interactive online community in the Peoples Republic of China. The company operates in three segments: Online Game Services; Advertising Services; and E-mail, E-commerce and Others. It offers massively multi-player online role-playing games and mobile games; and distributes its point cards to gamers across China, as well as through wholesalers, Internet cafés, software stores, supermarkets, bookstores, newspaper stands, and convenience stores primarily in Guangzhou Province, Shanghai, and Beijing. The company’s NetEase Websites provide Internet users with Chinese language online services comprising content channels that offer news, information, and online entertainment; community and communication services, such as photo albums, instant messaging, online personal advertisements, open courses, mobile news applications, online video, and community forums; and various search functions, dictionary, and cloud note-taking applications. It also offers online advertising services that include banner advertising, channel sponsorships, direct e-mail, interactive media-rich sites, sponsored special events, games, contests, and other activities; e-mail services to individual and corporate users; and wireless value-added services. In addition, the company provides e-commerce services through various online platforms, such as Caipiao, an online service related to third-party lottery products; Wangyibao, an online payment platform; EaseRead, an e-reading app; Huatian, a matchmaking service platform; Cloud Music, an online music social network; and Yinxiangpai, which offers personalized photo-based product, as well as sells game-related accessories to users. The company was formerly known as NetEase.com, Inc. and changed its name to NetEase, Inc. in March 2012. NetEase, Inc. was founded in 1997 and is based in Beijing, the Peoples Republic of China. To sum it up, they are all over the place.

A key component of NetEase's mobile game strategy is a focus on mobile games based on the Company's acclaimed self-developed franchises, such as Fantasy Westward Journey and Tianxia. Since its launch in late March of this year, the Fantasy Westward Journey mobile game has successfully gained the No. 1 top grossing app spot in the iOS China app store and recently reached a new record peak concurrent user count of 2 million. Building further on this success, NetEase announced that it is developing Fantasy Westward Journey: Warriors, an exciting mobile action adventure game, and The X-World, an action-packed mobile ARPG game from the Tianxia universe. NetEase also plans to introduce original mobile games such as a cartoon-style side-scrolling mobile game called Fairy Tales: The World of the Brave and a history-themed mobile game called 100 Heroes.

The future looks great, and so does the present. The balance sheet also looks great with all of the coverage ratios very healthy. Netease owns $29/share of cash. That’s a lot of cash when you look at the $149 share price. The ROI is over 22%. These are all lovely numbers. Netease has been around for over 18 years, but only recently is enjoying the China boom
Annual revenue went from $303 million in 2007 to $550 million in 2009 and the 2014 annual revenues were $1,887 million. That's right…BOOM! Net income for fiscal 2014 was $767 million, up from $583 million in 2012. See, this isn’t a tiny niche internet company. You’re looking at a mult billion dollar company with some ridiculous margins that is basically unchallenged at this point. Can you say…ATM machine?

Operating margin for the overall business for 2014 was 39%. Where else can you get these kind of margins? Not in the oil business..that’s for sure.
    Last quarter reported last month

    First Quarter 2015 Financial Results

Total revenues for the first quarter of 2015 were (US$626.8 million). Gross profit for the first quarter of 2015 was (US$401.5 million).

The year-over-year increase in online games gross profit was primarily driven by the revenue contribution from self-developed online games such as New Westward Journey Online II and Fantasy Westward Journey II, and licensed games such as Blizzard Entertainment's World of Warcraft®, as well as mobile games such as Battle to the West, The World HD and the mobile version of Fantasy Westward Journey. The quarter-over-quarter increase in online games gross profit was primarily driven by increased revenue contribution from NetEase's mobile games Battle to the West, The World HD and the mobile version of Fantasy Westward Journey.

$$$MR. MARKET$$$ sees 2015 revenues of $2.50 Billion which will generate EPS of $9.98. These great earnings will continue to propel the stock price. The math works too. Take my prediction of $9.98 per share and multiply it by the PE of 25 and you get a share price of $249.50. That’s past my sell target which means I have just picked another $$$MR. MARKET$$$ winner.

What does the head of Netease have to say about all of this?

"The introduction of new games and content for our community of online PC-client and mobile users drove growth across our business during the first quarter of 2015," said Mr. William Ding, Chief Executive Officer and Director of NetEase. "Compared with the same period last year, revenues from our online games business were up 44.0%."

"Mobile games have become a major driving force in China's online game industry, and we believe the high quality and diversity of our mobile offerings are resonating with users. In the first quarter, a growing number of users were particularly captivated by our self-developed mobile games, such as Battle to the West and The World HD, which were launched in the prior quarter. Moreover, our flagship game, Fantasy Westward Journey, continued to gain in popularity, with the mobile version of this game reaching No. 1 in the iOS China app store, and setting a record peak concurrent user count of 1.6 million after its introduction in late March."

"Our online PC-client games also continued to be well received in the first quarter as we introduced new games and content. During the first quarter, users welcomed beta tests for Hegemon-King of Western Chu, our 3D warfare MMORPG. We also saw solid performances from Fantasy Westward Journey II and New Westward Journey Online II."

"Our exciting pipeline planned for 2015 includes a number of new online PC-client and mobile games, as well as new content for our existing games. In April, we commercially launched Demon Seals, a 2.5D MMORPG, as well as expansion packs for New Westward Journey Online II and Ghost II. In addition, we are pleased with the positive feedback from the closed beta testing of Revelation, our 3D oriental fantasy MMORPG, which began in January, and we will launch its open beta testing in the near future. We also continue to work closely with Blizzard Entertainment and have been delighted by the success of the open beta testing for the Chinese version of Diablo III®: Reaper of Souls™. That game sold over one million copies within 10 days of its launch in late April, setting the record for the fastest-selling PC game in China. We plan to begin open beta testing for Blizzard's Heroes of the Storm™ in late May. For mobile games, we now offer over 20 mobile games of various genres, and we plan to deploy more new self-developed and licensed mobile titles in the coming months to build on our positive momentum. Later this year, we will also expand our global footprint with local partners to launch our games in other countries in Asia and North America."

"Turning to our advertising services business, this segment remains strong benefiting from the continued growth of our Mobile News Application and a growing online advertising market in China, with revenue from this segment increasing by 35.9% compared with the same period last year. Automobile, Internet services and food and beverage were the top performing advertising verticals in the first quarter. E-commerce is another area where we see significant growth opportunity. While still in the early stages of operation, our self-operated cross border e-commerce platform, Kaola, has performed well, and we are actively expanding our range of product offerings."

"Mobile games and content continue to be in high demand, further complementing our online PC-client games and services. While we expect to see continued momentum from the mobile market, our strategy will remain focused on diversity, excellence and international expansion to achieve healthy growth across all of our Internet businesses," Mr. Ding concluded.

Well…that was long winded. But then again, he has a lot to say. But all I can say Mr. Ding is….”DING DING DING DING!! Like a slot machine!” All I know is that as long as Chinese kids are playing video games, $$$MR. MARKET$$$ will make money. So kids, if you’re listening – put down those books. Getting straight A’s is over rated. Don’t sweat an A-. Forget about college. Keep playing those games.
