I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. If you must, and you may, go with one of the banks, CASH or PLBC. (Flips coin.) OK, CASH. But I would wait. We've come very far, very fast in some areas and markets often overshoot when surprises come.

I must admit that CASH is a very compelling ticker symbol.
I too am itching to buy but do feel a pullback is warranted from some serious Trump knee-jerk reactions. (Could see a pun there but not getting political here.)
CASH is a safe play as even if it pulls back this will see +15% with the sentiment associated with rising interest rates. Could it pop after a December rate hike? Probably, but not sure when this would reach the +15% target. I do like it as there recent acquisition is going to immediately bring additional income. For this reason, plus what I feel is an imminent rise in lending rates I like this one out of the top 5.
(I have positions in a few banks right now and sold off portions earlier this week to take some gains. While it does not meet the criteria here, I picked up BANC after a serious pounding due to senior manager having some questionable affiliation with a criminal. When I see news like that, where a company of 1700 employees has a manager with shady ties and the stock gets destroyed the bottom feeder in me has a field day... so for those curious do your due diligence on BANC.)
As far as picks other than CASH, when I see the knee-jerk Trump pops I am really not sure what to buy other than the stocks that drop for the wrong reason last week. (A good example was STZ which I bought on that dip.) If I can get more time I will try and start a Bottom Feeder Thread...lol.
