Let me add a forum related resolution: start a new paper portfolio for my approximation of (the old version of) Mr. Market’s method. Well, I already did that by entering into Investopedia’s 2017 stock only competition (no end), but the idea is to keep it up through the year.

So far #3, 4, and 7 aren't going too good. Making great progress with the swimming. Even Mr. Triathlon underestimated me and now can't catch me unless I get injured or sick. Swimming 6 days each week and probably will end with 7 days in the last week. Shoulders are holding up well. They seemed almost shot in December.

Louetta, You must weigh about 110 pounds. I weighed that in 1959.

I'm at 132 after years at a rock hard 128. I think Ernie's at 275. Good job with the swimming. Are you doing shoulder stretches? Do some right before or after each meal. Then they get done.

Louetta, I looked at some shoulder stretches. It hurt just watching them on youtube. I'll study them more. Ernie weighs 275 ! Geez , I know he's Huge. That's bigger than I imagined. If so, he's really huge.

What is 110 pounds??? I am only a few pounds away from my goal of 180. I weighed a very skinny 138 on the day I was married at 21. I'm quite a bit taller than Louetta I think.

Booyah! Today I completed the 100 mile swim in 76 days. My hair started rapidly turning grey, broke off, and stopped growing. The bottom of my right foot split open like an overcooked hot dog. I glued it back together with super glue, it split again yesterday. My left knee developed nasty stretch marks. There's a constant ache in my left shoulder. Other than that I'm fine. Next year goal is 70 days.

Nice job billyjoe! yesterday I swam 9 laps in the pool, which for me is a lot of swimming!
I also ran 20 miles this week, which for me is not so much.
Still haven't made a dent in my goal for 2017
                          So, I'm still gaining weight.

Outstanding work, Billy. You might try wetting your hair with tap water before you swim, so much that it can't hold another drop, then put on a swim cap. The idea being that no treated water can get in since the hair is already filled to capacity.
