I like my original pick. I'll can't find a company that looks that good for under $10!Originally posted by JohnHenry View PostHi Blindsquirrel,
Are you going to keep this pick or you going to pick a stock under $10.00? Please let me know.

OK, nine days left. Get your picks in. One cent, 10 cents, one dollar, 10 dollars, 100 dollars, 1,000 dollars, etc. it does not matter.

JH, please put me down for CERS. I think it should be a $10 stock before too long.

It is OK. This was a publicity stunt for the contest to get everyone out of the woods to join in on the discussion.Originally posted by riverbabe View PostUnder the category "Fools rush in where angels fear to tread", I cannot comprehend why this conversation is taking place at all. Mimo, didn't you WIN??? Why are you sounding like a .... loser?

The Netherlands, indeed. (bows.) I like stout, but don’t drink it often. Currently the beer of the house is Augustiner (Lagerbier Hell) and Paulaner Weizenbier. I used to like soccer but the rise of the professional foul put me off. (That was decades ago.) Speed skating was a favorite and now cycling (one day classics and the Tour de France especially). Summer, watching a cycle tour and wheat beer go remarkably well together. And yes, I am considering a PotY.Originally posted by Louetta View PostI am pleased, Karel, at your positive attitude toward our sporting interests. Europeans, I gather, are just as enthusiastic about their sports as we are about ours. I regularly correspond with friends in the UK (I realize you are in The Netherlands) who regularly repair to public houses on weekends to drink stout and watch football, albeit the kind we call soccer. Personally I never grew fond of stout but I do enjoy soccer and there are a lot less commercials.
