I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. MASI has a pretty cool business, but I like banks this year and I've always like the Dallas area for business, so... my favorite of those would be IBTX.
MASI intrigues me and the company looks like a great acquisition target; but that is not the focus for this pick.
If I was to pick one it would be ESNT due to:
a) The 1 year chart puts me at ease.
b) Housing market continues to grow in most States with large demand from first time home buyers with less than 20% down. The conventional Mortgage Insurers sector was spooked when HUD announced lowering of MI premiums for FHA loans, which was quickly reversed with Trump's first Executive Order and with recently disclosed high HUD late/default rates being released I do not see Ben Carson pushing to lower FHA MI rates quickly.
While most strive to put 20% down on a home purchase, or have 20% equity on a refinance, MI is available up to 97% Loan To Value and for those with outstanding credit scores the MI premiums are really not bad (especially w/ 10% or 15% down). I see many first time hoe buyer's coming in with 10% down and ESNT has room to grow as they slowly gain more market share from a very competitive basket of MI providers. I feel ESNT is looking good moving forward for another 15% from these levels.
Scratch CETX. It is down 40% today on rumors of fraud. CEO is the 25 year old son of the largest shareholder/Founder, company used for auditor is shady, and they are paying a stock promoter. I would stay far away.

Stock promoters and hit pieces written for Seeking Alpha all do the same thing - make money by taking a position in a stock, then changing the public perception of the stock. Thanks for posting this.
Just bought CETX at 3.45. If it passes Ernie's scans methinks it must have something to offer. If the rumors are in fact lies ==> good buy. We shall see.

That's a nice 7% for you this morning from your entry yesterday. Good short-term call at least. You could set a stop just above your entry and see what happens.

Up 21% today! You've got to let us know how your trade ends up working out for you. Congratulations on that buy!
