Registration Problem

A friend attempted to register yesterday. He filled in everything properly except for the answer to "what is the first letter of the heading?" He did not know what the "heading" was. He tried the "M" of MrMarket but that was not it. He tried the "R" of Registration but that did not work either. He tried the FAQ but there was no definition of "Heading" so he gave up. Perhaps there is a silent majority out there who also have tried to register but could not.

Could be so. It also took me longer to find out what is the right "first letter of the heading". It didn't work in the first attempt. It didn't also work in the second attempt. But I thik this also keeps away people which register very quickly but may not be interested in this community in a sustainable and profound way. So it takes more effort...

Thank you - now I know why my friend got it wrong - he is an English major - he does not consider "$" a letter of the alphabet. He correctly identified "M" as the first letter. LOL
