This is a rendition of the Dutch national anthem, as it might have sounded in the last half of the 16th century (but much abbreviated). The current melody, a slightly embellished version of this one, is from the beginning of the 17th century.

Nice. Interesting construction with the ij in many words. Saw that in the name Carlijn that some of the Dutch chicks have.
