I haven't been active here in years. I've made a little profit with small size off of a few of the dips in TKKS. I've never seen a chart like this, and it's at it convergence point now. Anyone have comments or thoughts on this one? I don't know what to make of it.
TKKS - Any thoughts?

If by TKKS, you mean NASDAQ:TKKS or TKK Symphony Acquistion Corp, it is something called a “blank check” company, i.e. it’s basically a shell corporation. Companies like this are usually intended to be used as a vehicle for performing something like reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, or recapitalizations. Typically, a blank check company doesn’t even have a business plan when it is formed, it’s simply a placeholder organization that figures into some grander scheme. They don’t currently appear to have any operations or revenue stream. They did raise $250M in their 2018 IPO, but for what purpose I cannot tell. Obviously somebody knows. If you care to, take a deep dive into their SEC filings. Unless you have some specific insight into their current or pending operations, however, I would steer clear because you really have no idea what you are investing in otherwise. There are too many good investing ideas out there right now to take a chance on something like this. Just my two cents.
