I have terrible OCD coupled with my crippling anxiety  and it is affecting my life. Sometimes I think about things that are not real. I want to get over it. How can I do it? Do you have suggestions?

 I think the most valuable suggestion anyone on this forum can give is: ”get help. certified help.” Perhaps you have a bad experience getting expert help, but still, it it remains the best advice, with the added caution: be clear about previous bad experiences. You and the (new) expert will need to work those out, perhaps even to begin with.
