I'm also locked out when I try to log in here without a VPN... but only from certain computers. On an older machine, I can get here with/without a VPN.

I'm the member that told you that I could now get through normal (no VPN), when previously, I could not. It still works fine for me. I never did get the email though.

I'm able to log in as usual but didn't get the email.

It troubleth me that some of the regulars can't get in without a VPN. Last time it took a few logins before one got locked out. I haven't logged in more than once or twice recently.
