I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Here are my top 5 picks from the most recent data dump. I will buy one of these very soon. Which one do you like, and why?
KBH
MTH
PHM
TOL
TPH
TPH stock
This placed in Delawere.
TriPointe Houses Inc
this place is grouwing, New York are going there instead of all of Florida, so I would say this stock will do great.

99 percent of Politicians give the rest a bad name.
To me they all look so similar, but I would put MTH as my last pick, as they seem to have pulled back more in EPS than the others.
If housing continues to be hot, they will probably all be up 15% in a month or two. I worry that at some point housing will stop being hot, and having too many homebuilders will not be fun (just like what happened back around 2006-2007).
Looking at the rest, I'd pick TPH first (seems to be the hottest one, and has a fantastic chart!) then TOL/KBH tied for 2nd. (I know these from holding them for 10+ years to get my 15% and still like the companies). PHM also looks pretty good, and would also be a much better pick than MTH, in my opinion.
