The homebuilders have continued on like a boss, riding the market's wave for huuuuge gains.

And the market itself is just nuts now.
Today the S&P hit 5150 for the first time. Nikkei also topped 40k for the first time, setting a new all-time high... for the first time in 35 years!

Insane!
