Alright...I've just spent the day at the Beach in Sunny Destin Florida. I feel refreshed and ready for more trading!
I have made a profound observation on DHB. We've already discussed the bearish chart pattern, but I have noticed something else that I don't like. I don't like the over-optimism... Over-optimism??? Yea, I know what your saying, "Websman, just what the heck are you talking about? Have you gone nuts?" Why no dear readers, I have not gone nuts. My therapist says I have made a vast improvement thank you.
After scanning the Message boards, such as Yahoo and IBD, etc., I have noticed that everybody and their grandma are sure that DHB is going to the moon. I tend to agree with them, but I believe that DHB will take a dip to shake out the weak shareholders, before it makes it's dramatic climb up the ladder of profits. Of course I could be totally wrong...Time will tell. If I only had psychic abilities so I could see into the future.
Since I'm not psychic, I'll have to rely on my Vulcan logic to help me make my next decision on this one. The Vulcan side of me forced me to sell my position for a small profit last week. My logic also tells me to buy back on a dip...Now let's see if the Vulcans are right on this one. Will I profit, once again? We shall soon see.

Webs...Seems like you and I think a lot alike...I noticed that too...So I went in fairly light. If they don't blow it out on the report...you should get your dip...Best, IIC"Trade What Is Happening...Not What You Think Is Gonna Happen"

Billy...I try the same thing...I found HANS last February via an associate...took a couple of months 'cause my first buy was in April...but it worked out pretty good...In at 15 and again at 19...out at 25 and 23.Originally posted by billyjoeWebsman, I've found that stocks that no one is talking about but meet the criteria for purchase often do very well. I search sites looking for mention of these stocks and the fewer references the better. Lots of talk = tank.

Sounds like a smart thing to do. Now if we could just find a few good ones.Originally posted by billyjoeWebsman, I've found that stocks that no one is talking about but meet the criteria for purchase often do very well. ADSX
Spike, please look at the 5 month and 2 month chart on this one. Is there an inverse head and shoulders with another inverse H/S on the right shoulder??? Interesting product here. Any thoughts?
Thanks.

Re: ADSX
Yes, there sure is. The target for the bigger inverted SHS would be 4.40. It has had a neckline break already too. It's yet to have a channel long day from any of the dips, so I'd patiently be waiting for that.Originally posted by noshadyldySpike, please look at the 5 month and 2 month chart on this one. Good spotting. I'll watch it. Don't let me forget if you spot one first

Yup...It had to happen..Originally posted by spikefaderDHB:
Well, it had to happen didn't it!
Webs, imo you still did the right thing by trading what you saw!
Sorry buddy. Success will come.
But...With the big jump today, we could see a sell off tomorrow. If it happens, I'll be looking for a new entry point. Earnings report is this thursday at 4:30. This could also lead to a possible drop for a new entry point. I'll be watching closely.
OFG was up today. Could it be the start of a trend back to $32.00? I would love to ride this one back up and recover my prior loss.
NUTR is also holding it's own. Could be another opportunity. I'll have to check the charts.
I'm looking at the present market conditions as a bargain shoppers paradise. When the market returns, there should be some good profits made.

Mr. Market's latest winner
Congrats to Mr.Market's for his latest winner. He has a HUGE number there. 60 consecutive! Quite a record - despite any naysayer that might disapprove of holding losers.
Let's look at the chart in review. Had you snagged the channel long day near the LOD, you'd have 26% gain there in only 8 days!
This one proves that combining Mr.Market's picks with some simple TA charting CAN be very profitable.

Left me behind too after that second stop out - 17 pennies. Close to the perfect entry I was looking for, but no cigar. And there was no intraday pattern today to enter it based on that channel short area.
Thems the breaks buddy. Better trades down the road. I guarantee it.

Spike + MrMarket = Homerun derby!
Spike
Can this baby ask you a big favor? Next time the slugger (aka MrMarket) picks a winner, will you then immediately follow it up with the proper entry point? I realize that in some cases you may have to say "the chart is terrible; wait a few days/weeks." as the case was with Deck. But newborn babies like me could sure use the dynamite team advice coming from you and the big guy.
Thanks for all you do, and the very best of investing to you.

DHB....Looks like it hit resistance. Back down to $16.60.
My chart analysis shows a possible drop again tomorrow. Anther factor is the earnings announcement on Thursday, after the bell closes. There is also a possiblity of another contract announcement soon, but I believe it will be after earnings. I'm not confident that earnings will be quite as good as everyone expects.
My question for Spike. Do you factor in enarnings announcements and contract announcements in your analysis or are you strictly a chart man?
