    Russell rebalancing

Anyone have any comments on the Russell 1000, 2000, 3000 rebalancing that will happen around the end of June? Will it affect individual issues? Or is it nothing to be concerned about? What is your thinking?

I tried to play some of the stocks that were added to the Russell last year. No pops or anything to talk about. I think the smart money starts figuring out which companies will be added maybe 3 months out and start buying. Now is too late. IMHO...

Sorry I didn't catch this thread and started a new one.
I think that this year I'll write down my likely candidates and see how they behave leading up to and following the rebalance.
I would be looking to see how accurate my prediction is, which ones I like, and how the rebalance affects them.
Always looking for a new angle!

Preliminary additions and deletions are available.
FTSE Russell is a leading global provider of benchmarks, analytics, and data solutions with multi-asset capabilities. Find out more.

Includes WITS, SNCI, DECK, NUTR as I had predicted.

          Still waiting to see impact.
