Some time look into how many different accounting firms they have had since they opened for business. Like changing their socks every day. All this has been posted before. A quick Google search should pull it all up. Gotta hand it to Webs though for making big bucks on this POS.

This is NOT the time to buy JBII...Not saying it will, but big enough trouble from the SEC could send the stock into subpennys. I can't complain though, my portfolio has doubled this year thanks mostly to my JBII trade.

Their equity issuance was slip shod as well. PIPEs are for accredited investors only. When I went to Niagara Falls to give them my check for my PIPE, I was appalled at what I saw. Anyone with a pulse was able to buy the PIPE. That is not kosher."

Webbs good play was thinking of getting back in based on the chart , BUT any investigations are ALWAYS bad for the stock

Rut Roh....JBII received a Wells notice from the SEC.

This left me no choice but to lock in profits on today's bounce. It's not what I was aiming for, but I did lock in a 175% gain. I still believe JBI's P2O can be huge, but I would like to see these legal issues worked out before I buy back in.

Actually, I wouldn't touch that stuff personally (or any penny stock). I would lose all my money. My brother was talking about that crap the other day as his friend was lauding it. As for what you guys are saying, I figured as much the moment he said the word "penny" to me but he doesn't really listen to anything that I have to say and insisted that I should consider investing in it. Since, I'm not convincing enough to tell him otherwise, I told him that I would ask you guys personally. He's reading this so now he knows. This is pretty much how the pump works behind these things and clearly it works very well with people that aren't familiar with it.

I specialize in trading penny stocks, and make a lot of money doing it, but the fact remains that 90% of traders lose money trading penny stocks. Pump and dump promos are very risky.

JBII Has been granted by NY STATE permits for 3 Plastic To Oil Machines........Each machine turns out 109 Barrels of Oil per day ......so what does it mean? ........obviously MORE $$$$ for JBII!

Looks like a classic pump and dump promotion...I wouldn't touch any of the stock mentioned.
