This is NOT the time to buy JBII...Not saying it will, but big enough trouble from the SEC could send the stock into subpennys. I can't complain though, my portfolio has doubled this year thanks mostly to my JBII trade.

"I don't think you guys are getting this. This is not a trivial matter. It is a real threat to this company. Right off the bat in 2009, I knew this would happen. They were presenting to investors that they had a $10,000,000 asset (media credits) It was BS for anyone that had an oz of brains. But it was in an investor presentation. That is serious.
Their equity issuance was slip shod as well. PIPEs are for accredited investors only. When I went to Niagara Falls to give them my check for my PIPE, I was appalled at what I saw. Anyone with a pulse was able to buy the PIPE. That is not kosher."

This left me no choice but to lock in profits on today's bounce. It's not what I was aiming for, but I did lock in a 175% gain. I still believe JBI's P2O can be huge, but I would like to see these legal issues worked out before I buy back in.

Looking for another good week in JBII...Just a little more upward movement and I'll be sitting on six figure gains.

Since, I'm not convincing enough to tell him otherwise, I told him that I would ask you guys personally. He's reading this so now he knows. This is pretty much how the pump works behind these things and clearly it works very well with people that aren't familiar with it.

    Thanks guys!
I specialize in trading penny stocks, and make a lot of money doing it, but the fact remains that 90% of traders lose money trading penny stocks. Pump and dump promos are very risky.

This news adds a lot more credibility to JBII. This is quickly evolving from your typical penny stock pump and dump to major player.

I couldn't go, but there seems to be quite a bit of nice news from the shareholders that attended. Looks like JBI closed another large fuel sale agreement on Friday afternoon. The're a lot of posters talking about the meeting at Ihub.
